Service and merchant responsibilities

The app saves imported fixed bundle definitions, compares versions, prepares separate Shopify fallback products, runs storefront checks and provides controls and reports. You must have authority to manage the store and import the definitions. You are responsible for accurate exports, product rights, prices, taxes, shipping, stock, discount interactions, storefront presentation and reviewing test results before enabling a fallback.

Only fixed SKU bundles and single-SKU multipacks within documented limits are supported. The app does not reconstruct private third-party logic, subscriptions, nested bundles, mix-and-match or arbitrary tiered offers. Enabling a fallback does not disable your original offer or redirect its traffic. You control those actions.

Pricing and cancellation

The free audit supports one saved definition and manual checks. Protect is proposed at $19 USD per month for 25 definitions, scheduled checks and operational emails, with a 14-day trial. Paid enrollment becomes available only after Shopify pricing is configured and approved. Shopify displays the price and any applicable taxes before you approve a charge. No purchase is made without Shopify approval. Cancel through Shopify or uninstall the app. Refund requests are reviewed by support subject to Shopify rules and applicable law. Exports and disable controls remain available in the installed app when entitlements change.

Availability and limitations

Monitoring, alerts and recovery controls depend on Shopify, the app host, the store theme and configured email delivery. A passed rehearsal describes behavior at that moment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, automatic failover, a recovery time, future compatibility or sales. Export definitions regularly and maintain your own recovery procedure.

Acceptable use and termination

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized store access, malicious imports or abuse of platform resources. We may suspend access to prevent abuse or comply with law, with notice where practical. Uninstallation ends access; review the privacy policy for deletion.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be described in the app or by operational contact. Contact support to resolve any dispute.
